I contacted the support team for an bad engine status, they checked all the data and replied very fas with a precise and concrete answer, confirming my believings and also providing more information and knowledge related with the problem.

Last weekend in a test my rider struggeled with some problems with gearshifting, mostly due to usual problems with the bike we were using.
