Last weekend in a test my rider struggeled with some problems with gearshifting, mostly due to usual problems with the bike we were using.

I opened a ticket to get some support to improve the behaviour of the system, Mectronik answered as always very fast, identifying some problems and recommending some solutions that worked!!
