We design and manufacture state-of-the-art electronic systems for engine and vehicle control.

Quality – Reliability
100% of production undergoes 3D X-Ray solder inspection to ensure maximum reliability and precision.

100% of production is tested with fly probes for accurate and comprehensive parametric verification.

Shacker Test – 2-3 pcs every Batch

72 hours at wide range of frequency/amplitude

All units undergo climate chamber testing from -40°C to +125°C to guarantee performance in extreme conditions.

Each production batch includes 2–3 units subjected to Long Run tests (up to 100 cycles) to validate long-term durability and reliability.
Every unit undergoes automatic IMU calibration during the final test to ensure precise sensor alignment and optimal performance

 

HD laser marking is applied to every unit for durable identification and full traceability throughout the product’s lifecycle

Software

We develop embedded firmware and application software focused on performance, safety, and ease of use. Our toolchain enables seamless integration with calibration and diagnostic tools.

Mectronik Tools & Third-Party Software Integration

MeCal™ is a application for Microsoft Windows®, developed from MecTronik for a Calibrations, reprogramming, or monitoring the Automotive Electronic Units ( Engine, Transmission, Safety and many other different kind of Control Units ) over the XCP/CCP protocols. MeCal have also data acquisition and data processing capabilities, with an extensive data exchange features with external applications.
