Above all , We never reject a customer request , so We always reply to customer’s email for one-time help ( Free Level ) .

Of course it’s not possible for everyone , always and with hi priority , so for customers that need a continuous support over time , We offer some different professional solutions .

Base conditions :

  • To access Entry / Pro / Priority levels , a preliminary agreement and/or contract is necessary
  • Standard reply is indicative ( often is faster )
  • Phone support is not supply during holidays time ( email only )
  • Discounts for sponsorship ( see here below )

Sponsorship :

We have programs offering training and technical support in exchange of sponsorship . An agreement and a contract at begin of the race season is mandatory to have this benefits . We can evaluate your promotional offers and define with you what support you need to face in the best way your racing season.
