Quality begin from definition of products specification  , continue with prototyping , projects developing , production , testing and end with shipping of products . We do all possible to warranty the absolute excellence of our products and projects .

We made only choice that can ensure better results :

- We choice better chip manufactuers and supplyer with certified products for automotive applications .

- We use state of the arts software tools for developing of Hardware , Firmware and Software .

- From begin of 2003 We introduced industrial standard National Instruments tools for both prototyping and testing .

- Recently We based our developing of firmware and software , on open and closed loop HIL ( hardware in the loop ) systems .  The same for validation of new stratiegies and functions . 

- None part of the projects is made outside Mectronik .

One of most important investments sector is about testing :

- From 2007 We test all prototypes and final products on new Angelantoni Climatic Chamber , that is able to expose boards and complete working ECUs from -40° to 200° Celsius with umidity from 0% to 100% . 

- Recently We instroduced also Shaker for mechanical stress , with both sinusoidal and "white noise" acceleration . This test are possible at wide range of frequency and amplitude .

-- All boards are tested with custom made test systems , with simulated loads and signals .

Certifications :

- Our products can be conform to EMI / EMC rules .

- Projects can be conform to SIL 1,2,3 security levels .

- We can supply certifications for many customer request , specific for particular application and / or geographic area .
